Just wanted to let you know we finally got our new LG front-loader all set up. The only hiccup is that the hot water's out for now because of some plumbing work. Is it cool to run regular cycles with cold water only, or should I worry about damaging the machine or my clothes? Any advice would be super helpful

Great machine, congratulations on the new LG front-loader! You're totally fine to run all your regular cycles with just cold water. It won't hurt the washer at all and your clothes will be fine too. Plenty of people wash exclusively in cold water to save energy and protect their clothes from fading or shrinking. The hot water hookup is just an option so don't worry about it!

Congrats on the new LG front-loader, @spincycleking! Running cycles with cold water only is perfectly fine. It won’t damage your washer or clothes. Many people do this to save energy and protect fabrics.
