Bosch WIW28500GB pre wash option

The wife is having trouble selecting a pre-wash on our Bosch WIW28500GB. She's set it to cottons and added the detergent, but cant find the option on the display. The instruction manual isn't that clear, and the additional programmes guide didn't help at all. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I think it's an option you toggle after choosing the main cycle. Once you've selected cottons, press the options button until prewash shows up on the display, then confirm it with start. It's easy to miss since it doesn't have its own dedicated button.

Hey @arthurspade9, @localtrader is spot on. After selecting your main cycle (like cottons), hit the Options button a few times until Prewash appears on the display, then press Start. It’s a bit hidden since Bosch doesn’t give it its own button. Works every time once you know where to look!
